Senior (2022): Qualified for the NAIA Cross Country Championships with his 6th place finish in the 8k at the GPAC Championship with his time of 25:46.7 (11/5/22), finished in 67th in the 8k at nationals with his second best career time of 25:13.0 (11/18/22)...had a career best time of 25:01.0 in the 8k which ranks second all-time at the Defender Holiday Inn Express Classic (10/8/22)...crossed the line in 1st place in the 8k at the DSU Herb Blakely Invitational (9/10/22).

Junior (2021): Raced in five meets ... season best in the 8K at the Mount Marty Invite (28:13.0). 

Sophomore (2020): Competed in every meet for DWU … was the top finisher for the Tigers in four meets … season best in the 8K at the Briar Cliff Invite (27:19.2) … placed 53rd at the Mount Marty Invitational (27:39.0) … concluded the season finishing 39th at the 2020 GPAC Championships.

Freshman (2019): Competed in five meets … captured a 46th-place finish at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede (27:07.1) … capped off the season with a 33rd-place finish at the 2019 GPAC Championships (27:24.0). 

High School: Ran best times in the 3200-meter with a 10:35 minute mark … 1600-meter personal best was a 4:50 … 3 mile best was 16:03.
