General: The three-time All-GPAC performer enters his junior campaign with the Blue and Gray as a middle-distance specialist.

Sophomore Outdoor (2020-21): Raced at seven meets for DWU … qualified in both the 1500-meter and 4x800-meter relay at the 2021 GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … top-ten finish in the 1500-meter at the championship event (4:19.77) … collegiate best and eighth-place finish in the 1500-meter at the Northern State University Spring Open (4:16.19) … fourth-place performance in the 4x800-meter relay at the Northwestern Red Raider Open.

Sophomore Indoor (2020-21): Competed in six meets … qualified in both the 800-meter and 4x800-meter relay at the 2021 GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … scored GPAC points in both events … eighth-place finish in the 800-meter (2:02.85) … seventh-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay (8:42.17) … career best and fourth-place performance in the 600-meter at the DWU Invite (1:27.56) … personal best and ninth-place finish in the 800-meter at the Mount Marty Open (2:02.31). 

Freshman Outdoor (2019-20): Season was canceled.

Freshman Indoor (2019-20): Raced at five meets … competed in the 1,000-meter and 4x800-meter relay at the 2020 GPAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … All-GPAC (4^th) finish in the 4x800-meter relay (8:19.80) … ninth-place performance and collegiate best in the 1,000-meter at the championship event (2:38.03) … career best in the mile at the SDSU DII Invitational (4:37.89).

High School: Personal bests of 2:02 (800-meter), 4:38 (1,600-meter), 10:17 (3,200-meter) and 15:55 (5K) ... awarded as both the MVP and The Hardest Worker in his senior season …  a Region Champion and  member of the State Runner-Up Team … inductee of the National Honor Society and awarded Scholar of the Week.

Personal: Born June 12, 2001 … son of Tim and Amy Sorensen … a biology major.
