No. 18 DWU battles Trojans in final game of 2020

The last time out, the No. 18 Tigers pulled off an upset on the road over No. 8 Morningside College, 75-60. The win over Morningside made it 10-straight victories for DWU. The Tigers are looking to cap off an undefeated month of December tomorrow as they take on the Trojans.
The Tigers and Trojans squared off once this season already as DWU came away victorious, 81-63 at the Corn Palace on Dec. 2. Nick Harden (Chicago, Ill.) and Co. dominated the game from the opening tip as DSU committed 12 turnovers, turning into 12 points for DWU.
Harden paces the team as he averages 17.6 points, 4.7 assists and two steals per game. Mason Larson (Langford, S.D.) ranks fifth nationally in blocked shots with 20 on the season and is 21st nationally in blocked shots per game at 1.8.
As a team, the Tigers rank fifth in the NAIA in total blocks with 51 this year and check in at 13th nationally in assist-to-turnover ratio with a +1.4 ratio. On the other bench, Dakota State is led by Josh McGreal who tallies 18.5 points and 0.5 blocked shots per game. The Trojans rank 22nd nationally in points allowed per game with 68.2 points allowed per game this year.
