Bio

General: The 6-foot-2 guard from Norfolk, Nebraska was a three-year starter for the Norfolk Panthers, and Head Coach Matt Shelsta… the Norfolk native, comes to DWU after a storied career with the Panthers as he looks to study business and minor in accounting/construction.

 

High School: Herman led Class A scoring in the state of Nebraska with 25.9 ppg…  third in Nebraska Class A for free throw percentage and free throw attempts with 83.8% and 140 respectively… concluded senior year with an All Nebraska 3rd Team selection in 2021… selected to multiple All-Star teams in Nebraska including, 2021 All-Conference, Boost Mobile Metro, Nebraska Coaches Association and the Northeast Nebraska team… tabbed as Norfolk High School Male Student-Athlete of the Year in 2021… holds career records at Norfolk High School with season ppg (25.9), career ppg (19.3) and single-season scoring total (622)… currently sits at third all-time at Norfolk high in career free throw percentage, shooting 84.4%... ranks sixth in the Norfolk record books for career scoring in two-season… surpassed the 1,000 point milestone with a career total of 1,151 points from Norfolk high and Wayne high school… part of the Nebraska Prep State record book for 3-point field goals made in a season with 76 during his senior year and for career 3-point field goals made with 179… Herman is also a member of the National Honor Society with a .91 GPA.
