DWU women’s soccer ties with Doane
MITCHELL, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University women’s soccer team hosted Doane University for a Great Plains Athletic Conference match on Saturday at the Pepsi-Cola Soccer Complex in Mitchell, S.D. After two overtime periods, the game ended in a tie.

Ashtyn Cobb (Huron, S.D.) recorded two shots on goal, while Makenna Hancock (Chamberlain, S.D.), Brittany Forsman (Sioux Falls, S.D.) and Kaylynn Anziano (Rapid City, S.D.) tallied a shot on goal in the contest.
Senior goalkeeper Kira Miller (Rock Springs, Wyo.) added seven saves in the net.
The Tigers (0-9-1, 0-2-1 GPAC) host Morningside College for a GPAC battle at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Pepsi-Cola Soccer Complex in Mitchell, S.D.
