Bio
General: A Mitchell native … enters her third season with Dakota Wesleyan after transferring from the University of South Dakota prior to the 2014 season … has been a major component of the Tiger volleyball program and looks to finish strong in her senior season.
Junior (2015): Played in 112 sets, in 31 matches for the Tigers … topped her junior season off with 295 kills, which was second on the team … finished with 138 digs, 53 blocks and 11 service aces.
Sophomore (2014): Played in 76 sets her first year with the program … had 120 kills with an average of 1.58 kills per game … added 104 digs, seven service aces and 15 total blocks.
High School: Three-year starter for the Mitchell Kernel Volleyball team, racking up 949 kills, 180 blocks and 522 digs in her illustrious career … was first team All-Conference in 2009-2011 and first team All-State in 2011 … Daily Republic Volleyball Player of the Year in 2011.
Personal: Born Aug. 2, 1994, daughter of Jim and Natalie Misiaszek … a nursing major … her father is an assistant coach with the DWU softball team and her sister Hallie will be a sophomore on the DWU softball team.
