TWO TIGER VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS EARN THE DISTICNTION OF NAIA ALL-AMERICANS
Mitchell, S.D. – The NAIA announced the 2022 Women’s Volleyball All-Americans this morning. Among the winners, DWU Tiger volleyball places a pair of athletes to the list including, First-Team All-American from Langford, S.D., Ady Dwight and Third-Team All-American from Holstein, Iowa, Madeline Else.
Mitchell, S.D. – The NAIA announced the 2022 Women's Volleyball All-Americans this morning. Among the winners, DWU Tiger volleyball places a pair of athletes to the list including, First-Team All-American from Langford, S.D., Ady Dwight and Third-Team All-American from Holstein, Iowa, Madeline Else.
Dwight records back-to-back seasons as an NAIA First-Team All-American (2021 All-American Release), and the only player in program history to be named an NAIA All-American in three consecutive season.
In 2022 as a junior, Dwight recorded 571 kills for third best in the nation, 4.68 kills per set for second best in the nation and a yearlong hitting percentage of .343 percent for 16th in the nation. played in all 33 matches and 122 sets for the Tigers having her best games across various opponents throughout the year.

- .720 hitting percentage (18-0-25) vs Benedictive
- 25 kills (five set match) at No. 4 Jamestown and vs (RV) Dakota State Career High
- 21 kills (three set match) vs No. 6 Concordia
- 24 kills (four set match) vs Briar Cliff
- 68 total attacks vs (RV) Dakota State and at Dakota State
- 10 blocks vs No. 3 Midland Career High
Dwight has also moved into the programs top-5 all-time for kills with 1,288 over her three seasons as a Tiger.
The senior from Holstein, Iowa, Else put a bow on her storied college career as a Tiger, earning the recognition of NAIA Third-Team All-American. Else played all 33 matches and 122 sets for DWU in the 2022 season once again setting new records and more season/career bests. Else posted 50 kills over the course of the season while assisting on 1,432 kills for fourth in the nation or 11.74 assists per set placing her second in the nation. She also tallied 23 aces, and 58 total blocks on the season.

Else has put her mark on the program with a career total 3,733 assists setting her third in the program for all-time assists.
