DWU men’s golf takes fourth at Siouxland Invitational
ORANGE CITY & SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s golf team was back in action on Thursday and Friday in the Siouxland Invitational at The Ridge and Landsmeer Golf Courses in Sioux Center and Orange City, Iowa.
ORANGE CITY & SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – The Dakota Wesleyan University men's golf team was back in action on Thursday and Friday in the Siouxland Invitational at The Ridge and Landsmeer Golf Courses in Sioux Center and Orange City, Iowa.
Backed by two top-10 finishes by Connor Preston (Aberdeen, S.D.) and Russell Pick (Kimball, S.D.), the Tigers took fourth out of 14 teams. Both Preston and Pick tied for 10th-place with a two-day total of 146. Freshman Alec Johnson (Tyndall, S.D.) tied for 17th-place with a 147, while Cade Carpenter (Mitchell, S.D.) brought home a 37th-place finish with a 158. Ryker Kreutzfeldt (Mitchell, S.D.) finished in 58th-place carding a 174.
