DWU men’s golf takes eighth at GPAC Fall Qualifier
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Dakota Wesleyan University men’s golf squad wrapped up its fall portion of the season at the GPAC Fall Qualifier on Monday, finishing in eighth-place with a team total of 613 at the Willow Run Golf Course in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Senior Russell Pick (Kimball, S.D.) tied for 12th-place after carding a two-round total of 145. Connor Preston (Aberdeen, S.D.) tied for 26th-place after shooting a 152, while Cade Carpenter (Mitchell, S.D.) tied for 31st-place with a 152. Alec Johnson (Tyndall, S.D.) and Justice Morrison (Norris, S.D.) finished in 48th and 49th-place, respectively.
Morningside sits in first place with a team total of 569.
The final 36 holes will be played in the spring at the Woodland Hills Golf Course in Eagle, Neb.
